Exercise Induced Asthma?

Here is a handy checklist from the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology

checkmark Use a short-acting inhaler, 15 minutes prior to exercise. This will help ease asthma exacerbations and lasts between four to six hours.
checkmark Warm-up for six to ten minutes before beginning a full exercise program.
checkmark Drink plenty of fluids.
checkmark Stop exercising if symptoms arise.
checkmark Cool down at the end of your exercise.
