Winter Asthma Tip

Cold air and asthma need not be enemies. Take prescribed medications before going outdoors to play or exercise. Avoid inhaling cold, dry air suddenly, by covering your mouth and nose with a scarf or a facemask. Have the reliever inhaler close by in case symptoms arise. Try to stay inside in extreme weather.
